Fabbrica At Thornbury

We were seated near the door, which had a heavy curtain separating it from the dining area. Every time the curtain opened, a blast of cold air came through, making my wife uncomfortable. We would certainly return if we could book a table at the back of the dining room or during warmer weather. The food, however, was outstanding.

I had a fantastic meal at Fabbrica in Thornbury last night. Our server, Peter, was truly professional and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. The restaurant has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, blending trendy elements with a fun vibe. The value for money is excellent, and the menu is well-rounded, offering something for everyone. Parking was easy, and the town had a charming, festive feel, perfect for the upcoming holiday season. I highly recommend this place!

Just like every other visit to Fabbrica, we had a fantastic experience this time as well. I have to mention that the bar seats are quite comfortable, even for someone as tall as my husband, who is 6'2". So, if you’re offered a seat at the bar, definitely take it! The food was delicious, as always. This time, the special was lasagna, and it reminded me of my mum's recipe, which is a huge compliment! Considering the high quality, the prices are very reasonable for regular folks like us. We’ll definitely be back soon!

We had an excellent dinner with unique dishes that combined wonderful flavours with attractive presentation. The staff were very friendly and responsive to any issues. We enjoyed our dinner and would definitely dine there again

Fantastic Sunday night dining experience on a very cold, wintery evening. The service staff were incredibly friendly and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The food was fantastice.
