There 's only one word to describe everything at the Restaurant Cigallon from the warm welcome of the chef M. J-M Bessire, his wife and other crew members, the ambience, the aperitif, to the surprise 4-course dinner, the dessert, and the cheese plates and the glasses...of wine that came with with them.
