Lack of menus, as we had to wait half hour until a menu became available for us to look at. Food was served one hour and fifteen minutes after we ordered,...never came back to check if we needed anything or order other things like drinks, water, coffee, bread, etc. When we gave feedback to the management about lack of service, he yelled at screamed at us and asked us to leave and not to come back as he said « I don’t accept your feedback and if you have problems with the smokers next to you, you should have given them Warnings , not the management «  Obviously they don’t care about their customers and returning clients. Above all making a scene and throwing out their customers are part of their usual behavior and Service. Very rude, unprofessional and unpleasant.

The pizza was also very good, you could tell it was baked in a wood oven. The pizza was very...light and crispy and the parma ham was very exquistite. The service was great and the waiter was very friendly and funny. Everything was perfect except people smoking at the table next to us. Although there was a bit of wind so the smoke did not effect us too much. The food was also very inexpensive and affordable compared to other resturants in Gineva. 11/10 would definitely go regularly if I lived nearby.
