Waffle House - Thomasville

Deliciously redneck. I prefer the company of ordinary people. The staff and other customers alike are just that. Good and ordinary. Makes you feel at home!

Staff didn't seem to care about the customers. We sat down, and after about 5 minutes, I had to look at the waitress in order for her to come take our order. A family of 4 came in after us and left because no one greeted them. There were 2 tables and 1 person at the bar, so no excuse. The table behind us also hadn't been cleaned off the whole time we were there. Overall the food wasn't terrible, but the waffle was overcooked, and the hashbrowns were undercooked.

I don't know if they had just had a long day or what, and yes, it was about 1130pm-midnight when we was there, but everything about this dining experience was trash!!! 6 of us, half didn't get all the food order. What we did get was messed up. Grits runny, bacon burnt, eggs runny, only good thing was toast.

This place employees criminals and thugs that need anger management and do not know how do deal with conflict effectively. If you call someone they will jump up and down like goons and talk about going to their cars to retrieve their guns. I was afraid for my life. I’ve never been put in a situation like this before, til this day I’m wondering what I could have done differently to avoid the chaos. Absolutely nothing, these people thrive on violence.

The service here is fantastic! Very polite employees every time we come!
