T-ville Diner - Thomasville

This diner has been here for a long time. Started in an old train boxcar, so it is fitting that the place is decorated with old train lights, picture frames made of train window frames and other train dimensions. eating is best comfort eating! many decisions. I mean a lot, they have speciality every day. I had the chicken cake (Wednesday Special) that had a lot of huh in it and with a crust that is different than a cake crust, not sure how to describe it, but it is delicious. it was covered with a delicious engraving. hubs had the bark stew with sides of kartoffeln carrots green beans. the one-pot was so filled that he did not finish all sides. everything came out hot and pretty fast. our server was very good and knew what she did.

Had a great time! The food was good. Ask about soups they're updating their menu! Had the tomato basil it's thick and delicious. All I'd suggest is a better cheese. But I also make my cheese with sharp cheddar. Boyfriend got tenderloin and eggs with hashbrows and toast. And my mom got special hot cakes with eggs and bacon which also looked good! I'd suggest this place. It's cute and adorable.

The people are great and eating was good. my mother loved it. they have seen me old-fashioned coffee with the cities on it. great local honey I bought there. don't forget a fabulous sweet tee!

A true mom and pop dinner. New management has kept the same menu overall. Food is good and the menu more diner style, breakfast included all the time. Sometimes service can be slow, but worth the wait. T-Ville Diner is a true Thomasville tradition and has been in business for decades. Much like an old train car--which it was originally. Wonderful view/sound of the trains coming by. Great hometown atmosphere.
