Sir Pizza - Thomasville

The delivery service was good, the driver was kind and the Pizza was hot. But... the Pizza was not fresh. It was hard and lacked the Sir Pizza taste.

The restaurant lacks any inviting atmosphere for dining in. The service was satisfactory, but overall, it was just an average experience. I can't commend the pizza, as it was merely decent in flavor. I ordered extra cheese, but it was missing from my order.

The pizza here is consistently excellent, and the staff is fantastic. Our waitress, Destiny, was really sweet and very friendly.

I'm updating my previous review of this restaurant. I genuinely want to give this local pizza landmark a positive review, but unfortunately, I can't. While the pizza was good, there were several issues. The service was average by today's standards, and although the kitchen area looked clean, the dining area did not meet expectations. I visited for an early lunch, and it was clear that the floors had not been swept or cleaned. The booth tabletop was not properly wiped down, and there was leftover food on both bench seats. I also noticed food scraps on the floor under my table and on other unoccupied tables and booths. Considering the timing of my visit, it's unlikely that this mess was a result of the lunch crowd that day, suggesting it was left over from the previous day. It's disheartening to see this location declining. The owners need to take a more hands-on approach, especially with many local restaurants closing due to mismanagement.
