The food was decent, but it really could have been better. Unfortunately, the next day I experienced food poisoning that lingered for about a week. I'm not sure how you're managing food safety, but it's important to ensure that meat is cooked thoroughly and that raw meat doesn't come into contact with cooked food or surfaces. The people here are amazing. Super friendly and quick to serve. I had the combo plate platter with baked beans and loaded collard greens. They informed me there was only burnt ends left. Not a bad replacement. The only complaint was the baked beans. They were either old or just cooked too long. Everything else was amazing. The ribs were cooked a little long but were still falling off the bones and delicious. I strongly recommend the BBQ boats. The whole experience was great.
