Chhole were good, however the kulcha more likely was tandoori paratha. Authentic Amritsari Kulcha, those who know, is very firm and crispy. Other thing they could improve is that possibly they could build a door in between dining area and kitchen, as while sitting and dining you could clearly hear arguments noises and loud voices, which sometimes can ruin the dining experience for families.
