Asked for napkins and was ever so rudely told I must have squeezed the cup and too bad! Believe me I did not, cover obviously was not on tight. Grrrrrr

I waited in line for 30 minutes and then at the window for 15 minutes, 4 different employees walked by, not one even looked at the window. SuperFrustrating. My advice... Go inside to order. You'll wait but not for 40+ minutes! (Befote you judge, the store was emptyinside)

While it's normal to encounter an occasional bad experience, it becomes a bigger issue when it happens repeatedly. Unfortunately, during our last three visits to this restaurant, my fiancée and I received incorrect orders each time. Although this in itself isn't a huge problem and typically wouldn't upset us, the behavior of the employees was unacceptable. They openly criticized the customer they were serving—even with the window open—while unfairly blaming us for their mistakes and displaying a rude and condescending attitude. I can appreciate that dealing with difficult customers can be tough, but this behavior is unwarranted towards those who are being patient and respectful.

However, I've always found the staff... read more This restaurant is usually quite bustling. When they are short-staffed, it may take some time for your order to be served. However, I've always found the staff to be friendly. Most of the locals, myself included, are generally patient and courteous. That said, there was one occasion when I almost got hit by an out-of-state driver in the parking lot, probably because I was walking a bit too slowly!
