Almost a mo... read more First of all: We have been ordering from “Huddi” in Hasborn for 30 years and have always been extremely satisfied. Then came the big disappointment. Almost a month ago we picked up our order on Sunday and were totally disappointed with the chicken with fries and salad... Normally on the way home the entire car smells of fresh chicken, but that wasn't the case this time and I was suspicious... And rightly so! We have a very short way home. The chicken was no longer fresh, no idea how many times it was fried before pickup. At least more than once!!! The chicken was so tiny and completely dry that you couldn't eat it at all. Lots of ketchup didn't help either... Then they didn't even bother to wash the lettuce because there was seriously a ladybug crawling around in it!!! This means that the salad was simply taken out of the prepackaged package and it was ready. Really disgusting... The fries were also really wobbly... That was the last time we ordered anything here. How can you alienate long-standing customers like that?! Pure disappointment...

The service was super unfriendly, not child friendly and the salad was a ready made salad from a package only the sauce was homemade. Everything was really salty and the drinks were non carbonated (Cola and Spezi). It's been a long time since I've stayed with such unfriendly people. If we had had the choice at that moment (the children were really hungry) we would have left as soon as we entered!
