When I reported it to the manager, I received no apology from him, and I had to insist that a colleague apologize in his place. Despite an almost empty restaurant, the waiters were neither pleasant nor attentive, and the quality of the food was poor. On leaving, we noticed that desserts, notably panna cotta, were left in the open air, in the middle of a passage – a risky situation for hygiene, the cold chain not being respected. Finally, in the parking lot, mice added a final note to this deplorable experience. A real disaster on all levels.
