The dish is a combination of dried beef chunks with chilies. Onions and tomatoes are added to taste.

The food was authentic, fresh and delicious! Appropriately expensive and gave us a real taste of Bhutan. Best dishes? A bit of everything expect a lot of cheese and hot spices!

If you happen to visit the place, I recommend you to try shakam ezay and sikam datsi. They also serve Indian and Thai delicacies. It’s a great place for a family outing or a get-together with friends.
