The dishes are prepared with fresh and original ingredients. The flavorful tomato sauce is excellent, and the unique addition of mustard and Espelette pepper to the Camembert is simply brilliant. The portions are generous: be sure to take home any leftovers! It's a pleasure to find vegetarian options on the menu. You can tell the owners are passionate about their work. A great reason to return to Thiers...
