Thiers still has some lovely little gems: some charming boutiques, beautiful knives, and excellent little places to have lunch without breaking the bank; Le Chaudron is one of them. Very friendly welcome and service. Homemade: The truffade is amazing! The cabbage sausage is too. The French toast is delicious. Very pretty and rather cozy setting.
