I was looking for something different for my wedding other than the basic wedding food spread. I am so glad I went with Premier Catering. It was exactly what I envisioned. The duck with fig jam and Cajun boudin eggrolls were a huge hit as well as the brisket and pulled pork. Presentation was nice. Staff was friendly. My personal attendant was great. Received so many compliments afterwards about how good the food was. They sent me home with all the leftovers which we have been enjoying with our family. I am so glad I added the last minute addition of the daiquiri machine. My guest went through 7 gallons within the first two hours of the reception. Premier Catering did an excellent job. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I'm a contractor for Entergy and where I'm located helping with logistics while they work to get the power back on after a hurricane this company has gone above and beyond to keep the guys fed, have ice, water and power aid covid prevention supplies and the food is outstanding. they all greet you with a smile and say thank you to the workers and extra little things like Halloween candy for everyone on Halloween who even thinks of that these guys did I would definitely recommend them for any even they get 6 out 5 stars from me.

Our wedding and reception got cancelled due to corona virus. Me and my now husband decided to still get married and have just a small ceremony, so we didn’t need the catering (which was originally for 250 people. They provided a full refund on short notice. Other than the tasting we didn’t try much food, but the food we did try was awesome!

Prices are extremely expensive for being in a college and it’s never stocked. The Fresh Market is always out of multiple things. They sell the same things that the vending machines had except they jacked up the prices plus charge tax.
