Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Thibodaux

Service was trash very unorganized put in a mobile order and still had to wait over an hour to get my order they are very confused kept trying to give me someone else's orders couldn't get it together

Thibodaux Popeyes--only 3 people at work. Cashier was rude and took it out on customers. Said the wait was 10 minutes (was actually over 25 minutes) was overcharged. Cashier argued that I was not overcharged and then went over the order and saw that it was her mistake and rolled her eyes at me. Then, when I finally got my order I was shorted. I will not be visiting THAT Popeyes ever again.

Food tasted nasty, the fries were delicious but the chicken had no flavor and the biscuits were over cooked.

LOVE THAT CHICKEN FROM POPEYES!! Go say hey to Cynara!! She is there making sure that your order is right and she is spreading the Popeyes love!

If I could give ZERO STARS I would, this is by far the WORST Popeyes in the area. They don’t listen nor pay attention to you’re orders. Employees give you what they want to instead of what you’re money is paying for. Just a bunch of incompetent idiots that can’t seem to get orders correctly or charge you the correct amount.
