Contribute Feedback What Daniel Brown doesn't like about Firehouse Subs Canal Blvd:
$42 for two salads and a sandwich. I ended up with one of the salads being made into a sandwich and the salad not the right ingredients. The one sandwich the box wasn't closed so it fell out into the bag.At these prices I shouldn't have any problems with the food, plus asking for a tip, plus wanting donations.I haven't eaten there in 6 months and will probably be longer now.
Best sandwiches! They made me give up Subway long ago, they’re more expensive at firehouse but food is better and always more meat than subway would ever put!
I made my order through the app, the cashier initially had some trouble finding my order, thankfully someone else was in the middle of making the order and brought the food to me.I did have a slight issue during my visit, thankfully the manager resolved the issue almost immediately. Immediately. I ordered a bowl of chili with my beef and cheddar brisket sub, and their system showed that I had only ordered chips. Which was surprising given that my order cost almost $17 for a medium sub combo on the app. Thankfully, the manager had a worker get me the chili without any issues. It has been some time since I've been to any firehouse subs location, but I recall the beef and cheddared brisket having more impactful flavor than what I experienced on this visit. The sub was good, the barbecue sauce on the sub just didn't hit quite the same as I remember it.

Clean atmosphere and friendly people. Meal was fresh.
*update* It 's been 4 years since I visited this place and nothing has changed. Today I went in to order food(figured I 'd give it a second chance), placed my order and another employee walked up and erased the whole order. I asked if I should pay now and the original employee said I don 't know , while the other employee bounced between the 2 registers and just ignored everyone. Then they both just stood there ignoring everything. I was the only customer in the place and now I know why. I just walked out.*update*I went into firehouse earlier today for an afternoon snack. I stood at the order counter and waited for assistance and no one came up to the counter. A group of employees were in a room behind the counter and I said hello multiple times. They were all gathered around a computer. One male employee finally looked up at me and then looked right back at his coworkers and said nothing. Save your time and avoid this place.
