Was Mary Kay Slick at Cinnabon a mag?
I recently visited the Salton City Travel Center and ordered a Cinnabon. The employee who took my order was busy packaging individual buns, and while processing my payment and giving me my change, she continued to wear the same gloves. After handing me my Cinnabon, she went right back to icing the buns without changing her gloves or washing her hands. When I expressed my concerns, she mentioned she was using tongs, b... What Denis R dislikes about Cinnabon:
I asked about what would happen to the three dozen freshly baked buns, but one of the staff was unhelpful and just referred to company policy. What kind of policy allows perfectly good buns, baked that morning, to be thrown away? It seems unreasonable to turn down potential sales for personal reasons. I asked about what would happen to the three dozen freshly baked buns, but one of the staff was unhelpful and just referred to company policy. What kind of policy allows perfectly good buns, baked that morning, to be thrown away? It seems unreasonable to turn down potential sales for personal reasons. I’m fortunate that my team operates differently; they are committed to making our store profitable and ensuring customer satisfaction. If those employees worked for me, I would have felt the need to teach them some common sense, which was clearly lacking at the counter. In the end, I'm left wondering what Cinnabon plans to do with those 36 freshly made buns, especially since they refused to sell them to me just four minutes after closing time.

I ordered takeaway and was incredibly impressed with the food—it was excellent! The service was great as well, with friendly staff who made sure everything went well. The atmosphere was also pleasant, contributing to an enjoyable experience overall. I would highly recommend this place!

I asked what they planned to do with the three dozen buns that had just come out of the oven, and one of the employees simply said it was company policy. What policy? To throw away fresh buns? To deny customers while they have perfectly good products? I'm thankful that my employees are dedicated to making our store profitable and keeping customers happy. If I had employees like that, I would have them learn a lesson in basic common sense, which was clearly lacking in that situation. Finally, I'm curious about what Cinnabon will do with those 36 freshly baked buns that they refused to sell me for just four minutes after closing.

I visited the Cinnabon at the Salton City Travel Center and ordered a Cinnabon from their menu. The employee was busy placing individual buns into boxes but eventually took care of my order. She handled my payment while still wearing the same gloves she had on during the transaction. After giving me my purchase and change, she returned to icing the individual buns without changing her gloves or washing her hands. When I pointed this out, she claimed she was using tongs. However, I was concerned because those tongs had been placed on surfaces that might have been contaminated from handling cash. This doesn't seem to align with COVID-19 safety practices. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this Cinnabon in the future.

I can't help but wonder what Cinnabon plans to do with the 36 freshly baked buns they chose not to sell to me, even though they were just a few minutes away from closing.
