The Woodlands Mall

Love this mall! We mallwalk,then shop. Inside cleaning staff is the best I've ever seen and I had years of property management experience. A true delight and makes you want to shop and buy at the stores. All so nice.Only negative is outdoor trash all over the grounds.

If you can handle cigarette smoke while you eat!! I can't and didn't. Their burgers MAY be the best in the country, but the smoke would ruin the best for me. I just had a beer.

It was our FIRST and will be our LAST time here. The lady at the register was very dismissive and not helpful at all. She told me to look at the menu if I wanted prices. She said she didn't know the prices herself. The guy handling the FOOD was NOT wearing gloves and was touching absolutely EVERYTHING. The slice fell over and he grabbed the whole slice with his hands just to plop it in the container. Sneezed while handling my slice and kept it going. Didn't STOP to wash his hands or even wipe his mouth. The lady at the register laughed about it and they both kept working as if we didn't just see what happened. It's very unfortunate because the cheesecake we bought was delicious.

Lots of stores and a nice food court too. It's one of the few malls left around our area and it's still worth going to shop at.

Always clean and bright. They have plenty of dining and shopping choices and it's a great place for a climate controlled walk. The bathrooms are clean and there's plenty of places to sit comfortably.
