Sorriso - The Woodlands

Sorriso restaurant - the restaurant is located next to the westin hotel in the woodlands. our reservations were made for 6:15 on Mother's Day. we arrived at 6:15 a.m. and said we had to wait 10 minutes because of a personal shortage. wait till 6:35 without confirmation if a table would be ready, we asked to talk to the manager. john, the manager) has been messing around at tables. it was obvious to us that they were very shot when he helped fill in. we finally spoke with john, 6:40 was finally left to a table. our waterglasses filled and maintained, waited to order drinks. we finally flew a waiter and told him he would get our waitress. our waitress arrived with our drink order. wait another 10 minutes until drinks arrived. my martini was perfect, but my men bullet manhatten wrong and sent back. we ordered immediately when the drinks arrived, without saying how long we would have to wait for our dinner). the caesar salad was a good part, but in a ground tasteless, except the sardelle taste. my man enjoyed his sausage ravioli, my lasagna ferrarese was ok. during our meal my man ordered a glass of wine it was not delivered. let me just say the restaurant was not crowded only very bad staff situation and I do not blame our waitress- my feeling overwhelmed!!! when the check arrived, we had to ask for a scheduled bill. will not be back. too many good restaurants in the woodlands!

Terrible Mother's Day at lunchtime. the website introduces a lunch menu and Mother's meal and we have old leftovers buffet style to eat. it cost $45 per person and was not good. our bill for the terrible buffet was $300. very do not recommend this place.

It was a great tasty bite for mother's day, she was very happy.

My eating was great and I would highly recommend the black spaghetti. that was my wife parmesan was very dry and we should have said something. the service was very good.

This is one of our favorite go to restaurants in The Woodlands. However, the service was lacking. We waited almost 10 minutes for a table with only a few tables in the entire restaurant. It then took almost the same amount of time to be greeted, and it went downhill from there. The waitress was inattentive and indifferent. The food was not as good as it has always been. Just a disappointment from an overall experience. I hope that it turns around because it has been one of our favorites!
