Hyatt Centric The Woodlands

OH MY GOSH! The hotel is great, and the rooms are clean and cutely decorated. I left my laptop (as I thought I was going to work and did not have time to do so) and I left my laptop in the safe. The hotel was prompt, and they kept my laptop safe with the manager. I was able to get it this morning! Great location as the hotel is extremely close to shopping and to the Cynthia Woodlands Pavillion in case you want to check out a concert! Great service!

We have stayed at a lot of hotels over the years. We love the Hyatt brand and this stay was above even our expectations. The area has great walkable shops for clothing, perfumes, coffee, basically whatever you need is close by. Thank you!

All staff encountered at the property were beyond professional, friendly. Hotel has a boutique feel and is very convenient to great restaurants, entertainment and all The Woodlands has to offer. Thought about looking to stay at other hotels in the area but after our stay here won’t go any where else.

Stayed at Hyatt Centric for a concert and birthday celebration. Our suite was not quite ready, so the staff moved us to another floor and also moved all of our friends to the same floor. When we decided to stay an extra day, they accommodated that as well. Overall amazing experience. Best place to stay for concerts at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion.

The hotel was within walking distance of the pavilion and many place to eat… The front desk was always eager to help in any way possible! I know where I’ll be staying next time I’m in the Woodlands.. !
