Johnny Rockets - The Villages

The service was amazing and the food was even better. Erica was our server and she was so friendly and made sure we didn't want anything. The owner even stopped at our table several times to check, and he also made Shakes and brought them to the tables. Totally great experience. We're coming back!

This was in an untouched location called The Villages in Florida. All were great except the cook. He obviously didn't want to be there. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and the meat was half the size of the bungalow. More than enough mayonnaise for 4 sandwiches. It was disgusting. Of course, paid full price for it while the manager called that 's how they come. 1st and last time eat this franchise. Please do better.

UPDATE: Kurt reached me after posting this, allowed me to have a meal on them. I met him personally today. He's so nice. He really wants all customers to be satisfied, the meal was much better than last time. Thank you, Kurt. A little late posting as it was over a week. However, I ordered online for pickup. I ordered a burger, fries Hershey chocolate shaker. What I got was a decent burger, half cold a banana shake. Every time I first ordered, it was more acceptable.

I had a great server. He was a real treasure. Do not remember his name, but wore nail polish to an ingenious sweater he had. Very attentive and the food was amazing. I had the vegan strawberry shaker and the impossible burger. Great. Even my non vegan friends said so

Went for my daughters birthday lunch, food was yummy so kudos to all the cooks who were busting their butts. Alicia was our server and she was perfect! We went without nothing and she surprised my daughter with birthday ice cream- cool surprise, it made her day! We will be back! :
