Had a wonderful family dinner out on the patio on a nice rainy evening! The cover for the patio worked perfectly and kept us dry but breezy! I love the bang bang it's always a must when I go ! What User doesn't like about Bonefish Grill The Villages:
The experience didn't start off to great, but was corrected. We were sat and waited almost 30 minutes with no one coming to our table. We thought it may have been due to the restaurant being very busy. We saw the hostess and told her. We gave it 5 moreminutes. As we were leaving the manager stopped us and apologized. The service at this restaurant was excellent and I was pleasantly surprised to find the broccoli full of flavor. The mac and cheese was not as soggy as I am accustomed to but still tasty. I also tried their winter's cosmo and it was excellent.
The host or manager was unfriendly and impolite. We waited a few minutes to be seated, and the floor was extremely slippery - my wife almost slipped!
We were disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. The food did not live up to our expectations of what this chain used to be. Additionally, the bathroom was not clean.
Food prices are moderate, but portions are good size and well prepared. The Bang Bang Shrimp is delicious and large enough to share.
We love bone fish, always friendly environment, great service. Reservations a high plus
