What User doesn't like about Yuki's At The Quay:
Dined here with friends on a week night, the atmosphere was a little dull as we and another table were the only patrons, but as a result we sat at the best table looking straight across at the Opera House, beautiful views for visitors to Sydney. We enjoyed a mix of entres including Seaweed Salad, very fresh, crab, exquisite vegetable tempura and then some mains of both soba and udon noodles and wagyu beef. Thank you. shu for a wonderful dinner in the yuki’s at the quay. from our arrival and greeting from them and their personal was our evening meal enchanting. our cosmopolitan cocktails were great. our kingfish carpaccio, garnel and crabs tofu roll in broth, and garn and...vegetable tempura were just delicious and the best of the best was their amazing yukis sukiyaki. the wagyu was amazing and so beautifully marbled and I loved her noodles and they seem to be able to make the sukiyaki broth like no other I have ever tasted! this was an amazing evening and we thank them again!
That was our second time at yuki and we just loved it. the prospects are spectacular and we were blessed with a fireworks display! Eating is excellent, delicious, fresh and cheap. it is the service that has returned us, although and
On the january we had dinner at yuki’s on the kai. on this day was the Australian day and my wife birthday too. we really enjoyed the fireworks and boots parade of the place where we sit. the view of the praising house of yukis is amazing. we can see clearly sdyney. prano and sdyney harbour. eating and drinking was also delicious. we order sushi nigiri, sashimi, sukiyaki hotpot and lobster tempura. the staff was also very friendly and polite. they served very well. I recommend to everyone to try this Japanese restaurant. they will not regret it. Thank you. yuki is in quay for unforgettable nights. I'll be back.
The hotel is located on the cruise ship passagier terminal. location, with magnificent view of the opernhaus. the sorted sushi/sashimi tablet was fresh and tasty. but highlights for me were the Japanese fried chicken and deep fried soft shell crab! first I thought I would. go hungry with the portion sizes, but at the end of the evening we consumed with the amount of sushi, saki and Japanese wein, we were full and satisfied!
We regularly search out good Japanese restaurants and regularly come to places such as Sokyo, Sake, Tetsuya, Sorenzo for the quality Japanese food. This is our third time at Yuki’s and would like to find another restaurant to add to our list to visit regularly...and to bring friends and families. We asked for a reservation at around but could not get it, so had to settle for But when we were at Yuki’s yesterday they didn’t have anyone after we had left and the restaurant was not even fully booked. Very strange! Furthermore, it seem that they have changed chef or something as this time the quality of food, taste and presentation for the dishes, especially the sushi, which the rice was dry are not on the same level as the previous two visits that we were there. The atmosphere, scenery and professionalism of wait staffs were excellent, but the food was a let down. This is the reason I only gave instead of I hope the next we visit will be a better experience.
