What Vivienne Boyle doesn't like about The Quay Cafe:
as happy tourist we came here for some fish and chips on good Friday. the fish was unusable and tasted bitter, slender and really bad. we had to throw four pieces of fish away. please be careful. should not be able to serve human inedible food. bad for the tourism sydney. food authorities should monitor this. I went here a few times, while in Sydney had a few vegetarian possibilities, and the food was made fresh and inexpensive. Coffee was cheaper before 9 o'clock, which was good too.
Good location, and great at organising groups In fact, I've only ever been here as part of a group.
Disappointing for the priceMy friend's pasta was overcooked, and the staff was initially confused about which menu was currently available.
I had tried cappuccino while I went to the taronga zoo. I don't like taste. personal is okaish friendly. they're just looking for money.
A good place to get coffee on the way to work from the circular quay ferry. they make a good thin latte and the staff are always friendly.
