The place is c... read more This is the only Vietnamese place in the west kendall area. I often come here. The food is delicious, the service is great and they're very fast. The place is cute and you can tell they maintain a clean environment. The only reason it doesn't get a five star is because they've raised their prices significantly. I don't think their bahn mi sandwiches are with the price. There's a place across the street from FIU that sells bahn Mi's and for the same price you get a much larger sandwich. Overall, this place is decent enough if you're in the area and in the mood for Vietnamese.

This used to be a good place when it opened.Came with my wife Friday around 3:20pm.We were the only ones at the restaurant.As soon as we walked in we were greet... read more This used to be a good place when it opened.Came with my wife Friday around 3:20pm.We were the only ones at the restaurant.As soon as we walked in we were greeted by our server and were told to sit wherever we wanted. As soon as we sat another gentleman came from the back and told us to seat in a different table because the middle tables were reserved in case a big group came so they could join tables. I said ok, and we moved. It really surprised me since we were the only people in the restaurant, and it felt very unpleasant and rude.Ordered the Korean BBQ and the beef was gummy and full of fat. Ate here before and ordered and tasted great . Sadly I won 't be coming back after this experience. I work hard for my money and expected quality food and be treated with respect.
