Uno, Dos, Shakes!

I typically never write poor reviews on any business but this was unacceptable. I walked in at 5:15pm to grab a protein shake for my son before his workout. I ordered and paid for the shake. The worker went to the back and another customer came in. The worker came out and stood there while the customer decided on what she wanted which took several minutes. The whole time there was another worker in the back watching. After she took the other customers order they went in the back and quickly made and served the other customer while I waited for 15 minutes at which time the worker comes out and says it will be a few more minutes. By this time it’s not enough time for my son to drink any and when she finally came out I told her to keep it and give me a refund. Completely unacceptable customer service. Then she tries to refund me the wrong amount and when I corrected her she tried to tell me I was wrong. Smh.

Overprice- the girl that was at the counter had no knowledge of what she is selling- she didn't know if the protein had added sugar.. very disappointed. DO NOT RECOMMED

First off the menu was so bad to read I had to go out of my way to look for one on the tables, and even then the organization wasn't set in a way that made it easy to navigate either. For some reason, the strawberry banana licuado somehow tasted extremely bland and powdery, I'm not sure how a fruit smoothy exactly gains the powdery texture but I'm for sure never ordering from here again. Even the wait was not worth the quality of the product, was the only customer there and it took roughly 10-15 minutes for 3 of their smallest licuados.

Got the twenty oz. Mango Con Crema Liquados (shake). Would recommend to anyone looking to try it out. Plus the energy refreshers are pretty picturesque.

Nice place, my kids loved the games on the tables .. we spent a great time and also delicious shakes and ice cream
