Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery

Clean with Great costumer service ! Was able to taste a variety of cookies!

Shout out to the entire staff and the driver. I placed an order for 36 cookies for the staff, and 6-8 of those cookies were crumbled. They delivered all 36 cookies again within an hour, when I had only requested to deliver 6 cookies that ended up crumbled. Will definitely reorder form here!!

Hello, I came for my second time to Tiff's Treats around 7:00pm on 05/07/23. Ms. Raquel the store associate helped me this evening. She was great! She was pleasant, attentive, fast and answered my question with ease. Thank You Ms. Raquel for making my trip worth the drive. I will be returning here because of the great customer service I received from Ms.Raquel!

I got a rocky road cookie. It was DISGUSTING. then I asked for a salted caramel brownie drive all the way home to the opposite side of town and the wrong brownie was in my bag. LIVID. so now I’m on the phone with them (they answered after being on hold for 6 minutes) and I’m driving to the sugarland location with an infant to try and get the right brownie. I’ve been on the phone for 20 minutes, just for them to tell me that nothing can be done.

They had my pick up order ready on time! The staff member who attended me was very nice and helpful. Our staff loved how warm the cookies arrived and obviously how delicious they were!
