Starbucks

The store located in Randalls, good location, plenty of parking. There was 2 barista working in the morning when I got there, I ordered a new drink, drink is tasty “Well-rounded with subtle notes of cocoa and toasted nuts balancing the smooth mouthfeel”. Unfortunately the 2 employees not even welcome and smile at customer. I feel like they just don’t want to be there…

They’ve been randomly closed twice and still took my money from an online order. Why are they always randomly closed?

Starbucks is just awesome hands down. The woman who made my coffee was excellent and treated me excellently. She had great conversation made me smile more than once and made me feel like the man from the Green Hornet just made my coffee.

If there was 0 stars i would’ve chose that because i came to that store to get 4 medium caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino and that worker there that ive seen for the first time said that it was too much for her and i had to go across the street to buy from another starbucks but i’ve always came here for the past year and i’ve never had that problem i always get a big order which is way bigger than what i tried to order today and the workers would happily do it but she doesn’t seem to be happy to make 4 medium caramel ribbon crunch frappe which i honestly think she’ll mess this place up if she keeps the same energy.

Chris gave me the best service here today!!! His attitude is so positive, bright, outgoing, etc!! My morning got better instantly after his customer service. He's amazing!!!! And my order was perfect.
