Russo's New York Pizzeria

Horrible I ordered lunch and plastic ware was not in my to go order I go back into store and ask the cashier for plastic ware he says I can’t have it and dismissed me. I said I just placed an order do you have plastic ware he says no I said give me some to go silverware he goes to the back and another employee throws the forks on the ground to the cashier and he then attempts to bring silverware to me I declined. Horrible don’t go extremely disrespectful and unsanitary.

The pizza is quite tasty, but the service is low. They do not give forks, although they bring plates. They forbid you to bring your own drink, even for a child. Very expensive beer and drinks.

Great customer service and ambient is great. Manager is very courteous and kind.

Excellent service!! The owner is very involved in the operations and takes good care of the customers. This is the best Russos location I've been to. ?. The new paneer and spicy indian veggie pizzas were fantastic! Vegetarian options: Veggie pizzas, pasta, salads, sandwich etc.

I had Googled Pizza near my home address. I scrolled through and saw Russo's. It's been some time since I had been, or ordered from here, after moving from Midtown. So I ordered from this location on Briar Forest. When I called, Mr. Phillip answered. He was polite and accommodating. Upon reordering, he recalled who I was and one phone order a week ago, very professional. The food I ordered was the Margarita pizza and specialty pasta. Pasta Chicken Piccata with extra sauce and Linguine. Anazing!! Thank you so much to delivery service, food and Mr. Phillip who got my order 100% perfect! Love this location!
