Reginelli's Pizzeria

Ordered for delivery online through their website and never received the order or any contact aside from the initial email confirming the order. Order was placed at 7:07pm, confirmation email estimated a 45 minute wait for delivery. At 8:45pm I had not received any phone call, follow up email, or the delivery. Called the store twice and no one answered, the call just rang for a while and then an automated message played saying the call was unable to complete. Will try calling again tomorrow to speak with a manager to process the refund or will put a stop payment on the credit card charge after it posts. Would give 0 stars if possible; barring any horrific tragedy occurring at the restaurant during this time there's no excuse for this behavior from a business. Don't support them if they don't care to support their customers.

Horrible Service. Went there to eat 2 hours before closing and was told they were running out of food what business does that? So glad you blew it...

The food was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed the Caprese Salad, and was impressed with the amount of toppings on the pizza. Staff was very friendly. Good value.

Placed an order online without any issues, then received a call 20 min later letting me know that they do not deliver to our location (we are only 3 miles away). Would have been nice if the system was set up to notify you before you placed the order or someone would have called us sooner.

This place is the best and so is miss Megan Anderson. I want this woman to get promoted to management because she has great customer service. Her cooking skills drives me back to this restaurant.
