Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen

We went here for my daughter's 21st birthday, The food was delicious, the atmosphere was pleasing. The restaurant was clean, the service was perfect. The staff was very polite, professional and attentive. Our waitress was named Excel, and the manager there was Logan. Myself, my wife and my daughter all made sure the manager understood how good our experience was, and that a large portion of that experience was because of our waitress. We never had to ask for a glass to be refilled, we never had to wait or hunt down our waitress for any needs we had. She always made her rounds and always make sure that we didn't need anything. We will be returning to this location.

First time here, food was exquisite! Service was great! Atmosphere made me feel like I was under dressed! Very classy! A bit pricey, but was worth it!

So I used to really enjoy food from just about any Pappadeaux restaurant although it has been a while since we have been to any. They are all pretty similar with the decor, some locations being larger or some smaller but basically the same. The god went from really good portions to super skimpy and the prices are not equating for me. Super disappointed with the meal although the waiter was great (forgot his name) and the taste was ok. Please guys stop ordering the seafood fondue, it’s watery has a handful of cheese on top which gets a burnt look, as if it were all cheese but it’s not! I have never seen such awful fondue. It’s definitely a gray like mix because I can not handle flour or any gravy like sauces that are flour with butter but I definitely left feeling awful. We usually order appetizer, meal and salad and share. Yes, I was full but usually we have a whole other meal to take home but not today. I have taken pictures and wish I had old pictures to compare. They also gave us twice fried chicken tenders on our salad originally and then had the manager bring our new ones. To all cook’s and management team or crew working in restaurants, sobre of us have a palette for detail and some just do not or do not care. I am not one of those who will just eat it or leave food that I am paying for.

Our server was the best, he made us feel welcome and his service (A+ was impeccable. Food was wonderful and season to perfection. Our server made sure we had refill on our drinks or whatever we needed while in the restaurant. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

I ordered the sea bass, and it came out a little to salty. I sent it back and ordered the salmon. Overall, everything was okay, friendly staff and good drinks.
