Mcdonald's

Ordered using the app, of course quick, hassle free. The problem is there was a line of cars completely around the restaurant for the drive thru and they were horribly slow. The cashier at he payment window just opened the window and said, Pull forward and closed it back up. When I asked for a receipt while waiting on my order, the staff member there said she doesn 't give receipts, and I acknowledged that and asked her if she could retain one. With rolling eyes and a scuff, she went and returned with it. I told her thank you, but she was cold with her actions and non-verbal . If it wasn 't for ordering food for kin who were with me, I would 've gone inside and addressed these issues with management. Clearly, they need some customer service skill lessons. I won 't return to this particular establishment.

This place is the worst! I have been in line for almost an hour and I get to the pay window and she asks if I'm here for an order. What?! She's on the phone and she say we are short staffed. Ridiculous!

I don't even know where to start. Pulled up to the drive thru, gave my code for a large iced coffee. I asked for hazelnut, the person informed me that location no longer serves hazelnut. So I changed to caramel macchiato. Get to the window to pay and the total is incorrect (the code was for a reduced price on the iced coffee). The person tells me iced coffee and the caramel macchiato are two different things with attitude, so the code was no good for it. It's still iced coffee with a different flavor. Went to a different location no issues and got the hazelnut. Main and 610 location got to do better.

Mcdonald's is always great! Excellente nuggets, caramel frappe, hot&spicy, and the double quarter cheese.

This is the worst McDonald's location I've ever visited we tried twice two different times of day and the service was awful! Looks poorly managed.
