I guess I’ll add a star because there was nobody in line so it was fast… which makes this experience even more confusing. I don’t like to write reviews… but you would think with such a small menu of basically 4 items they could get your order right. Interesting to see there are plenty others who were missing food after getting home. Guy in drive through was definitely not present in what was going on even though order was repeated a couple times. Not sure if he even knew where he was. 2 meals, 3 extra sauce (cost , and a potato salad. Got home no potato salad or sauce. They even managed to mess up the drinks which is odd (The one that wasn’t supposed to have ice had ice and the other didn’t Such a simple order of such a small menu and not one thing was right… tried to call them but no answer. Now for the food; Chicken: Not terrible but not good just wanted to try this place because they had spicy chicken. I can make better frozen. Fries: tastes like salty oatmeal? Toast: somehow worse than plain soft bread with butter. Potato salad: Did not receive Sauce: Did not receive

I really wanted to like this place after everything I’ve heard, but it’s mediocre at best. All the reviews that mention messed up orders and missing food—believe them! I don’t know what it is, but I’ve been twice now, and they screwed up my order both times. Just today, I walked in and went up to the counter. Guy doesn’t pay me any mind. Doesn’t acknowledge me. Doesn’t greet me. Doesn’t say anything at all. I figured maybe he was finishing up on the last order or something. So, I waited to start my order. After ~60-90sec, he finally looks at me. Again, doesn’t say a word. But, I took his eye contact as a cue and began ordering. I ordered a 4pc spicy combo and a large salted caramel shake to go. Guy rings up two combos. We went back and forth about this for far too long before he finally took it off. Why?!? I’m telling you I didn’t order two; I don’t want two. Why are you arguing with me about it?? Well, he brings out my food—two combos, no shake—for dine-in I explain to him, once again, I only ordered one combo he acted like this was our first interaction despite having this exact conversation 5min prior. Like, bruh, how high are you? and that I ordered to go. I thought he was still waiting on the shake, so I didn’t mention it. He goes and bags up one of the meals and brings it back to me—again, no shake. I ask if the shake is ready. He asks me to pull out my receipt to show him that I ordered a shake. Again, I ordered from this SAME PERSON ~5min prior to this. W. T. F. While he went to get the shake, I figured he would bring the wrong size. I actually checked the menu to see what the price difference was between a regular and a large $0.50 . I can deal with that. I decided if he brought out the wrong size, I was just going to take it and leave rather than say anything. Lo and behold, to absolutely no one’s surprise, he brought me a regular. I’d much rather eat that fifty cents than have to deal with this guy any more. So, I thanked him and left. I hate to say this, but people like this guy are the reason some people are so against a $15/hr minimum wage for fast food workers. Dude shouldn’t even be employed. As for the food, I don’t get the hype. The flavor and seasoning on the chicken is decent, but the pieces are too small. The fries don’t have a good crunch and have no flavor. The bread is under-toasted which causes it to have a weird texture and the flavor is mediocre. The shake wasn’t anything to write home about. The ice cream completely melted within 5min and the overall flavor was underwhelming.

Been driving by them for months.....the wife and I finally had time. So we stopped by, It was delicious af...got 2 of the 5 piece spicy meals and Salted Caramel shake......boy that shake tasted like they liquefied pralines!!! They even had a drive thru rush while we were ordering so ol boy that was taking the order was like if you have time wait we have to make some fresh chicken, so we can give ya some fresh! That right there is some great customer service. 100 times better than Canes, the chicken actually has flavor! The dipping of the spicey chick chick in the gravy.....bbbbbooooooooooiiii! If they kill it the next visit, again, I'll have a new fav chicken place!

The fingers and sauce were so good. The fries were nice and crispy. Everything was made fresh. I wish there was one closer to me.
