What User doesn't like about Kris Bistro Wine Lounge:
Server not so good , she never had a real eye contact with us , she need more love for her job to be a server. Our main course was cold , we request medium rare , was done , sauce was cold , French fries was with a smell and taste burnt , bland. Great food and love the wine dinners! Recommend if they bring them back
The opening was not necessary. Speaker was very hard to understand. History of the wine region would have been beneficial if you could understand the speaker. The food was better than average. Wine was good. The main dining area very noisy. The server’s could not give you any information about the menu. Over all experience was good. First time diner but would return if the menu was to our liking. I must add the servers were very cordial.
Super disappointed. Made a reservation using open table and Google for this even Valentines. Drive all the way out only to find the restaurant closed. No mention of closure online. Visited the Facebook page and web page and had no indication that you would be closed. So here we are... parents of 4 kiddos driving around trying to find dinner Update your website/ remove the ability to make a reservation.
Very well prepared, upscale food but the cost is decently lower than comparable restaurants.
They were so careful of the COVID situation starting by taking our temperature and many other precautions Like masks, gloves, Tables spaced out and paper menus that they threw away after one use.
