I ordered food through a delivery service and included a special offer for buy 1 get 1 free burgers for $3.59 each. I selected two of the burgers but only received one. I ordered food through a delivery service and included a special offer for buy 1 get 1 free burgers for $3.59 each. I selected two of the burgers but only received one. After speaking with the general manager, she said she would give me the missing burgers if I brought the receipt to the restaurant. Despite showing her the receipt and explaining the situation, she refused to acknowledge my order and I never received the food I paid for. I eventually received a refund from the delivery service, but I was extremely disappointed by the disrespectful and unhelpful customer service at the restaurant. I plan on contacting their regional manager to address the issue.
The staff was completely unaware of how to handle mobile orders. They initially instructed us to go to the window, only to have us turn around and go back to the drive-thru because it seemed like both associates either didn't know how to process the order or were too lazy to do so.
