It was pretty good at this restaurant we gave my son's graduation party there and it was pretty good the food was really good. They don't have much parking but the food was still good and the server was good as well. View all feedback.
What Cameo C doesn't like about Bamboo Thai Cafe:
My order was missing my spring rolls. They did however give me the sauce that went with it. Ordered General Tso's chicken and it was more like chicken strips/boneless wings with an Asian sauce with jalapeños. Definitely wouldn't visit or order again. View all feedback.

A restaurant may appear good from the outside and new, but looks may deceive. I tried the Sizzling Platter w/Chicken and Shrimp, the Pad Kee Mao, and Chocolate Decadence. The Sizzling Platter lacked sizzle. It was simple chicken and shrimp drizzled in sauce and snowpeas which could be mistaken for any other dish such as cashew chicken. The Pad Kee Mao was quite dry. It is evident not enough sauce is put in since the pasta had started to stick together which probably points to a lack of technique in the kitchen. And finally, the Chocolate 'Decadence is simply a misnomer. Decadence is thrown out the window for a dry square sponge topped with chocolate frosting. The amount of frosting simply can not keep up with the thickness of the sponge creating leaving you with a sadly dry mouth. All in all, the food will fill you up with good proportion, but really amounts to nothing when it comes to technique, presentation, or taste.
I stopped by for dinner for three recently while I was in the Montrose area. I was a UST student back then, and I hadn't been in this area in a while, so this restaurant was new to me. The atmosphere was nice, and our server was really nice as well. The foods took a bit of time to come out, but there was a large party there at the same time, so we didn't mind. We ordered the pad see ew, pad kee mao, tom yum goong, and massaman curry. The portion sizes were pretty large, and there was a lot of meat in the noodles and the curry. However, in terms of taste, they weren't that great. The tom yum goong was extremely harsh and bitter, and it didn't taste anything like tom yum that you would find at a typical Thai restaurant. The massaman curry was very bland in terms of flavors and on the sweeter side. The noodle dishes were not as bad, but they lacked flavors and smokiness that you'd find in these dishes from other Thai restaurants. Will definitely not coming back. Honestly the best things we had that night were the fortune cookies at the end. I would've given this 0 stars, but 2 stars here just for the great service.
Lots of options on the menu. Nice staff, interesting atmosphere with some modern art to give it a more updated look. It still feels divey like it did when I was a UST student and I personally like that.
Ordered combo pad Thai with chicken, beef and shrimp! I wasn’t a fan of the beef but I enjoyed the meal, it was very fresh!
