Alicia's Mexican Grille

We ordered catering from Alicia’s and it was the WORST catering experience we ever had. This was for our employees and the directions to the driver stated to come through the front office door. The driver went into the side of our building and left the food in bags all on the floor in a dirty shipping office. No phone call. No nothing. They just told an employee that there was food there for me. Once we hauled everything to the office and pulled the dishes out, immediately we saw that some were flipped onto the side and the avocado was brown and black in 1/3 of them! The various sauces were not labeled and all looked identical because they are in mini white styrofoam containers. We ordered a bag of ice and it was delivered in grocery type bags! ??‍I’m not sure if the actual restaurant is good, but DO NOT order catering from this place! It’s horrible!

Reminds me of my San Antonio days. Live mariachis would blow your competition out of the water . A little more cultural color would enhance the ambiente .Dietary restrictions: Kitchen will modify food where possible like no additional salt,no HOT peppers or sauce, no cilantro, or whatever. Bar will make a Naked Lady . That 's a Rita without salt.Parking: Short distance to restaurant entrance. Handicap parking slots at restaurant entrance.Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of room among tables for wheelchairs or walkers

Great food, very authentic Mexican food. Great customer service near and clean.

We have almost a year living in the area and finally gave Alicia's a chance ? we enjoyed a nice family time, the food was delicious!!! Is a tex-Mex style, the best I've tried....the service is the best!!! The waiter was very nice, that is the most important to me, I didn't ask for his name but I want to say thanks!!! He told us he was from Mexico very proud we definitely will come back!!

Neighborhood Mexican Grill. Varied TexMex and Grill options on the menu and nice margaritas to complete the menu and meal.
