Tim Hortons - Feedback

What Ashley Smith doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
I visit this location regularly. Worst customer service from the night shift staff! The women worker with curly brown hair is always very grumpy and rude. Constantly on her cellular phone, uttering profanities and arguing on speaker phone and texting constantly. Serving customers with such disregard almost as if we are inconveniences.
