Very good food, generous servings. Prices were a little higher than I wouldhave expected but I would definitely go back.

The Friday fish fry is to die for! The space is/ can be really crowded but service is usually pretty good. I understand the struggles of not wanting to use card but in this day and age, a lot of people don 't carry cash on them. There 's are really the only issues I have and why I give 4 stars.

We went here for Friday night fish fry expecting bar food. Wow were we wrong. This place waaay exceeded our expectations! Don't get me wrong, Slick Willie's is indeed a bar but they serve up great food. I'll start with the chicken wings which were phenomenal. Quite possibly the best wings I've had. They grill the wings ensuring that they are crunchy and super flavorful, not rubbery or fatty. Omg they were so good! The fried cod was hand battered and not oily at all, extra crunchy too our table loved it! We also had the fried shrimp which were ok but the cod was the star for sure. The service took forever and you have to fight your way to the bar to order but the food is so good, who cares? It's a corner bar so don't expect a white table cloth. The drinks were good and the food was unexpected. I like it when I'm surprised and Slick Willie's food was a surprise. We'll be back.
