I avoid leaving negative reviews unless I have had several bad interactions and my experience with this location has been consistently negative. I wish I could say it was a specific person but they’re all equally rude and disrespectful. The food is good but not worth putting up with the horrible customer service.

The management and team are wonderful at this location ?

I don’t know if the management changed but the owners I had contacted with were extremely rude, arrogant and condescending. Absolutely appalling from a management team.

Ordered Gyro pita only and was extremely disappointed. Meat was already cut up and had been keeping warm in the container. It looked dried out even though he was trying to add 'fresher ' pieces from the bottom. There was a good amount of meat. The server had a difficult time adding Tzatziki as it came out in small squirts. About 1/3 of the way into eating the gyro, my friend went back for more tzatziki. They wanted $1.85 for a very small container. He told them I was ready to exchange the gyro for something else. I should have exchanged the gyro. It was by far the worst tasteless and driest gyro I have ever eaten. Best food court Jimmy The Greek I’ve ever had! Service was not great as expected with mall food courts so that isn’t even a factor for me. Everything tasted fresh, flavourful, and the chicken souvlaki was so juicy! $13.99 for a meal with no drink- definitely pricey, but I couldn’t find a filling meal nearby under $13.50 anyways. Would recommend!
