Used to drive by this place everyday on my way to work without ever stopping in. Finally tried Guac a few weeks ago, and was super impressed. Everything was very fresh. Guac, salsas, and marinades for meat are all made in house. Had the Steak burrito. At most places you get what looks like pulled beef when ordering steak.
