Booster Juice

I go into this booster juice location and spend $12 on a beverage and while I’m waiting for my drink I can’t even use the washroom facilities because you guys decided to make the public washroom staff only. I realize you don’t want homeless people in there and you may not want students in there but if a customer is buying a beverage I don’t see the problem in them using the washroom. The Covid pandemic is over get back to great customer service.

Jillian is the best worker i’ve ever met. she got my order out so fast and was so friendly. we need more amazing workers around here like her. keep up the great work jill!

I’m really happy with the service provided. It seems some people have mixed feelings but my experience was great!

Staff was not knowledgeable and when one of them was helping me the manager interrupted us and said for the new staff member to go on cash. I need to find a new location, this one is no good!! Especially if the manager is acting that way?! And to top it off, I was standing there waiting for my drinks, couldn’t see them because a bunch of people were in front of me, when some people in front of me leave a staff member says oh your drinks were sitting here waiting for you, how am I supposed to know that?

I was picking up doordash order, one employee was working inside alone and store was busy while other was just standing outside chit chatting with friends. Waited like 15 min for 2 drinks.
