Booster Juice

I ordered two smoothies without yogurt and received both with extra yogurt instead. When I tried to re-explain I said “no yogurt” he insisted he was right and refused to redo the drinks without myself paying for completely new smoothies. I’ve never been to a location with an employee so rude. I won’t be returning here any time soon.

I received the wrong smoothie and went into this location to have it corrected and was told there is nothing they can do and to drive nearly 15km back to the one I came from. Never had this problem at other locations if I was given the wrong drink. Stay away from this one. Edit the owner was also eyeing me hiding behind the wall Customer service just terrible.

I ordered 8 drinks on Ubereats and they messed up all my drinks. None of them has original taste as brand promotes.You lost a loyal customer today. I ordered on 29 July 2023 8.00 pm (to verify for the management).

Good but the one on golf links road near Costco is a bit better
