I was extremely impressed by the customer service I received at the register, as well as the serv... read more I visited Panera Bread on Tuesday, November 15th at 1 o'clock. I was extremely impressed by the customer service I received at the register, as well as the service provided to me and other customers at the pick-up counter. Despite encountering some rude customers, I was pleased to see such great customer service and professionalism. As someone living in the Bronx, it is unfortunately common to experience poor attitudes in the food industry, so it was a pleasant surprise to have such a positive experience at Panera Bread. I wish I knew the names of the staff so I could properly praise them for their excellent service. Thank you for the delicious food and great service!
