Good Chinese food place, I go there every time I get Chinese. Sometimes if your unlucky you’ll get stuff from other food that u didn’t order on ur food which could ruin your whole day depending on ur mood, I never really mind it cuz I’m like that but I can see how some people would be mad annoyed abt it. I have been ordering from this restaurant for over a year now. However, today I experienced terrible customer service from the delivery driver. Typically, the drivers come to my building, hand me the food, and then I give them a tip. But this specific driver stayed under the scaffold and demanded that I come to him in the rain. This restaurant serves the best sesame chicken with pork fried rice. Highly recommend trying it!
Only sent 2/3 items I ordered. Called to speak with a manager. Said she will cal me back. Never did.
I clearly asked for bean sprouts and mushrooms in my soup and had none what so ever
I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times, but they always fail to follow my special requests. It is frustrating when I specifically ask for something and it is not taken into account. Additionally, the food quality is subpar. The chicken I received was dry and seemed to be old.
