Tootsies has amazing pizza. Everything is freshly baked to order. It is always busy and sometimes has to wait 30 to 45 minutes to pick up your pizza. The service is great and everything on the menu is very good. View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Tootsies:
Portions we're tiny, the food was flavorless and we out waiter only delivered our food, but we took care of everything else. Expensive food for a fast food environment. The decor was pretty cool. View all feedback.
