Mcdonald's - Thanet

I used Uber Eats to order McDonald's and it was terrible. The first time I ordered a £30 meal, it arrived late. Today, I tried again and waited for an hour when it was supposed to arrive in 20 minutes. McDonald's claims it's not their fault and blames the Uber Eats drivers, who seem overwhelmed with orders.

I ordered the double sausage and egg breakfast meal with an extra hash brown, which was served with a bottle of water. The total cost was less than £6. The food was of good quality and served hot. However, I was initially ignored by the server at the counter until a young man came out from the corner and helped me.

The personal is brilliant, it only needs 1 to destroy mcdonalds call. this can be changed to 5 stars when the owner begins to take reviews seriously.

Terrible service. the half of the order was gone and or wrong. the employees didn't really care after they asked nicely what I ordered. waiting area was cloged full of supplies rubers, so it is hard to collect even my order first place. 0/10 easy to go...vegan tbh

On arrival at the counter the manageress was busy lecturing the staff, and for a while I was ignored as she got grumpy to any who would listen. When service did arrive the young man had no clue how to order, and needed help, however...this still did not get everything right. When the order arrived the drink had been substituted for another, and I had not been informed. Food was the usual fare, consistently the same, bland but edible.
