Nice ambiance gives you feel of typical Maharashtrian village home. And more on that you will have Musical Treat of Gajleli Marathi Gani Famous Marathi Songs). It’s my 3rd visit to Khavayye, all the way from Parel to Thane. So you must visit Khavayye. Now one can called me Khavayye.

We ordered batata wada, sabudana vada, thalipeeth, kolhapurinmisal, kothimbiri vadi. Everything tasted delicious. For desert we had the ukadiche modak icecream and puran poli icecream.. the modak icecream was good. It had the modak stuffing mixed in icecream. The puran poli icecream wasn't that good since it had the entire puran poli crushed inro icecream and we could tast the hard doughy poli which didn't leave a good taste... Apart from the puran poli Ice cream, everything else was very yummy.. a definite must visit for Maharashtrian food.

We order Upwas food and every dish was delicious and authentic. Things to try Sabudana wada Upwas thali peeth Chulicha Misal was fantastic. Piyush was amazing Things to improve- They dint serve tea coffee at 7.30 pm which is surprising. Service needs to be lil faster
