The selection of savoury food was somewhat limited but the yummy desserts and sweet options more than compensated! Service was efficient although the cafes situation inside a bookshop could have led to the expectation of a more relaxed and friendly approach with patrons lingering to discuss their favorite authors.

Coffee is consistently good, service is quick, food and coffee arrive at the same time. The quality of food, coffee and service has not diminished over the couple of years(? that Hi Stranger has been open.
